MANATEA: SOUTH SEA PEARLS is a TV series produced by Gaumont and TF1 in 1999, centering on the story of two friends who operate a pearl farm on a remote atoll lost in the Pacific Ocean. In search of the perfect pearl, they are drowning in debts and are increasingly threatened by the owner of an luxury resort who covets their atoll.
